Who We Are

The Arden Park Neighborhood Association is a voluntary neighborhood association, funded by resident contributions via Annual Dues payments. Our mission since our founding nearly five decades ago has been to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of Arden Park. We are dedicated to supporting our community, with an emphasis on the safety and security of our neighbors and homes.

Organizational history

The Arden Park Neighborhood Association, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, was originally incorporated as the "Arden Park Homeowners Association" (APHA) in 1977. The Association officially changed its name to Arden Park Neighborhood Association in 2020, as it was never formed as a homeowners association, or HOA, which mandates regular payments from each residence to maintain common areas and services.

Board Governance

The Arden Park Neighborhood Association (APNA) is open to all residents of Arden Park and is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors comprised of up to 11 local residents who are members in good standing.
